| Jiek_Fafn 03/14/21 11:18:52 AM #192: | Saturday is usually my heavy lifting day. It went poorly in that regard because I had to work and was tirrd. I was mentally burnt out so I just kind of zoned out and went more towards endurance instead. Anyway, sore as hell today. Down 9 lbs since last week though. That won't continue at the same rate but still it's a step in the right direction. Hoping for 5ish this week and then I'll probably be at the point where I'm only losing 1 a week. --- PSN: Jiek ...
