Even that really popular summer movie, Crazy Rich Asians, which was shown in China in theaters openly showed Christianity and the Bible. That's huge. @ssjevot can back me up on this that means that in a lot of China you can openly be Christian like how being gay is slowly being accepted in America. so maybe the part of China that's still doing this fascist shit is really just 50+ years behind because of poverty or something.
