I would just say that deadlifts are untrained in comparison to other lifts. They've only been a part of my routine for little over a year. I do weigh about 250lbs as well, and as a reference, my bench 1 rep max was last recorded at 345. That deadlift is low compared to expected numbers for someone with my stats. --- q ...
