Theodor Bastard - Lost In The Night: 56.29 ; its still not quite the terror ambience that I love, but I like some of the instruments here and I enjoy the song. Just a bit short and not as emotionally resonant as Id hope for. Still nice though!

Theodor Bastard - Macula Areas: Desert Ambience Music. 64 points; it nails the aesthetic of being lost in a desert for most of its runtime (it does get a bit more intense towards the end), but I dont think desert is one of my favorite environments... still, I definitely like it and appreciate anything that successfully creates an atmosphere like this song does.

Theodor Bastard - Disappearing: Creepy chanting song and the most unsettling song on the album thus far. Lets say 70-some points for this? Its still not quite there, but its very, very close.

Theodor Bastard - Shaman From The Downtown: I dont know. Pass for now.

Theodor Bastard - Volchya Yagoda: ...wait, what? This track has the same name as the album from earlier, but the earlier album didnt have this song? Thats confusing. Low 50s here (53?); its fine, but a bit forgettable.

Not a bad album; didnt dislike any of the songs and I wouldnt mind listening to it again on another night. I really do love the idea of most of the songs, so its probably worth the extra chance.



Now to give that one song from Act III another chance with stable internet.

The Dear Hunter - Life and Death (attempt #2): 55 points, Im thinking. I like it, but the Bridge is a bit repetitive. I do like the ending of the song though. When we die, we die... is certainly blunt and the way the singer trails off if quite pleasing.

...alright, I guess its more than 55 points of pleasing. Ill go up to 60 points on this one.



I want something harsh to provide a bit of variety from the recent songs, so lets hit those two Every Time I Die songs Bane mentioned over a month ago that he didnt think Id like because those should fit the bill nicely.

ETiD - Pigs Is Pigs: 64 points. True, its not my favorite song of theirs, but I do like it. (Alternatively: I want to listen to this band right now and this is very a song by this band; but to be fair its not overly explicit and its not so intense that I black out, so I think I can say its above average for the band.)

ETiD - Leatherneck: 58.71 points. Not quite my favorite song by the band and I cant recall any lyrics or moments I specifically enjoyed, but its in the right genre and something I wanted to hear right now, so yeah, I like it.



That was a fun interlude, but I should get back to some of the vtuber songs, as it has been a few days since I worked on that list.

Kanade Izuru/Hanasaki Miyabi - Universe: 65.99. I like this.

HOLOSTARS - Fire Flower: The choruses are catchy, but I find the verses a bit boring to be honest... 50.73.

HOLOSTARS - Blessing: 50.60 ; about the same, really, just slightly less catchy.
