For me though, Hiro is so dumb it actually boosted him a few spots ahead of some other low-tier characters because it leads to an all-time Danganronpa comedy moment when you have to argue Kyoko isn't a ghost. like lmfao. It's so dumb but also hilarious. He'd rank ahead of Akane for me based solely on that. Akane is just... i don't even know, really.
