Playing back when ARR first came out (before the many multitudes of EXP buffs) you actually hit a wall around the mid-to-late 40s where you couldn't progress the MSQ unless you stopped and leveled for a bit if you were mostly mainlining it. Even now its where you catch up in levels for awhile because there's so few quests between level gaps.
