I highly doubt Ive heard The Black Mages version. Id barely heard any remixes prior to this ranking and its not something Id have sought out. Ill listen to it sometime later.

Honestly, I dont hate Dancing Mad. Like I said when Piano Operas version of Dancing Mad dropped, it was mostly frustration at how many times Id had to listen to the song lately. When it came up over at the Rate the VGM topic, I had some level of appreciation for itnot my type of thing, but I could at least see the quality and admit some parts of it were things I liked. Then it kept showing up at every topic, over and over again, until I quite actively wished to never hear it again. ...Now that its been a few months since I had to listen to the whole thing, Im not as bothered by it, though Im still not a fan of it.

Short day today, lets try to get through CPUs newest five songs and call it a day.

Rufus, Chaka Khan - Aint Nobody: 70 points. Good sound to it and a great choice of genre (I do love me some 80s pop music) and lyrics about the night are always worth some easy points. Just a good pick all around.

Jim Johnston - Blood (Gangrel): 74 points. I loved Gangrel back in the dayI imagine you suspected as much because I dont see how anyone could follow these topics and not just immediately assume that Id be in love with a wrestling vampire because WRESTLING VAMPIREand this has a nice, slightly creepy ambience. Its a bit short though.

DA PUMP - U.S.A. - Remix: 56 points. Its pretty catchy, but Im not interested in the lyrics which hurts things a bit. Seems like the type of thing that would eventually get stuck in my head and consistently get moved up though, so itd probably wind up with a high score eventually.

NJPW - TIME BOMB: 42 points. Its good, but it feels very epic battle theme which still isnt my type of thing. I do like that it ends with an explosion though, that was a nice touch.

Jim Johnstone - My Time: Huh. All this time, I never noticed the direct shots at Kevin Dunn before. (In my defense, I would not have known who Kevin Dunn was when this theme was in use).

Its alright. I dont think it really compares to his Motorhead theme or the D-Generation X theme, but its better than his original Blue Blood theme. (Probably. That one is very generic RPG town music which is charming in its own way.).

...Still, I did like hearing this again, so its not like I didnt enjoy it. 60-something points, probably. Its fairly nostalgic, but I was never the biggest Triple H fan and hes had better songs.
