My Home, Sweet Home (Music Box Version):

If you have Spotify, you can listen to the song there. Square tends to be a bit overzealous with removing their songs from places like YouTube, so Im not sure if you can find it therehad some trouble at the ranking because they kept deleting every upload of the album about as fast as we could find them. Had to switch to the Spotify uploads of the album because at least it would stay.

Jillian Aversa, zircon - Kindred: 75 points, very good choice here. I tend to love anything with very low tones and the intro certainly checks that box and i have a very well documented bias towards lyrics dealing with night and darkness, so this is definitely my type of thing.

Chrono Symphonic - To Far Away Times: More than 60 points, less than 70, not quite sure where. Its odd; I do find myself oddly drawn to her voice for some reason I havent worked out yet, which kinda makes me want to give it all of the pointsbut I also find the music itself does not compare favorably to the original version of the song and want to give it a low score. I somehow both love and dislike the song simultaneously, which is fairly uncommon... going to say that probably works out to somewhere in the I like this range of scores? On a first impression at least.

Trying to look up which songs Shara Nelson was with as part of Massive Attack feels like work, and its possible I like the band themselves more than Shara anyway, so lets just click a few of their most popular songs:

Massive Attack - Teardrop: Definitely not a Shara Nelson song (Elizabeth Fraser from the Cocteau Twins is on this track), but its pretty good. Maybe exactly 60 points? Sure, why not.

Massive Attack - Paradise Circus: Another guest vocalist (Hope Sandoval from Mazzy Star), but I really dont like this song. The lyrics are good, but... blech. 19 points.

Massive Attack - Protection: Another new vocalist (Tracey Thorn, lead singer of Everything But the Girl). Not bad, kinda leaning towards 52 points? There are definitely parts of it I like, but its not quite clicking with me.

Good enough on that end; enough of a sample of Shara Nelson & Massive Attack songs that I feel satisfied with my search. Lets go back to VTubers with post #187, see if we can get through the more dinger stuff section.)

dingerbox - hidenowt: 53 points. Not really my type of thing, but I recognize it as quality.

dingerbox vs kuro - Midnight Cats: 53.3 points. Slightly better, though not to such a great extent that its particularly notable.

kuro - Memory: ZERO: Not sure if Im supposed to click something by kuro, but this was the first song listed on the channel. It gets thumping beat out of 100 points.

...alright thats not fair. There are only a few sections that are particularly thumping and the rest of it is good. Lets say 50-something points.

dingerbox + kuro - Late Night Dance Party: ...30 something points. Its definitely different, but I cant say I liked it.

dingerbox - niknat: I love how nonsensical the Google Translate of the description is.

It is niknat. I dont know the genre yet. Motojiro, who is always losing money with his parents unarmed gun, leaves the bookstore with a lemon. When I left the store, a strange guy with long bangs said, If its a dream, how much is a dream?

Invited by the scent of Dolce & Gabbakik, I set foot on Club Rashomon. It was this song that was playing there. Oh, somehow I want to dance. Is this also the work of Dolce Gaba? Gaba Gaba Gaba Gaba Gaba Gaba

Either way, I quite like this song. 69.90 points. (One would think the beat is too pulsing for me, but here we are.)

dingerbox - dupator: Weird, alien type sound. Kinda nifty. Dont like it as much as I should, but I still like it somewhat.. 54 points? 56 points? Somewhere in that range.

dingebox - prilissa: For classical style music its not bad, but its not my type of thing. Somewhere in the 40 to 50 point range.

Tooru - Hijitsuzai Girl: Fairly cute, I kinda like it. Would have to listen again to decide on a score, but its some positive value anyway.
