180 isn't a bad start, but why just 180? streamofthesky posted... Uh...I certainly hope I'm in shape like that when I'm 47... His physical fitness is still good, but he looks older than 47. If I walked past him on the street, I would assume he was pushing 60 and going through a later-life crisis. Meanwhile I've met people in their 50s -- who don't work out at all -- who look maybe 30s because they still have their original hair color and, in many cases, are a bit on the heavier side so the aging doesn't show as much. --- (\/)(\/)|-| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. ...
