As stated, the mythic banner is good for obtaining 5s(Especially at a point where you're unlikely to be picky about which ones you get). You probably don't need to worry too too much about team building until you're tackling Infernal/Abyssal maps(And there's no rush on those), or going further into pvp. Edit: Oh btw, make sure to join a Voting Gauntlet team. Battle > Events and it should be on top. Doesn't matter what team you join.
