But wouldn't you also need to compare the share of workers currently earning less than the inflation-adjusted minimum to make a fair comparison? If the minimum wage now is much lower than it was before after adjusting for inflation, it doesn't say much to compare the share earning the prevailing federal minimum --- Trying to dunk since July 2020 ...
