Is he actually delusional enough to think the GOP wants to work with the Dems? Manchin won in 2018 with Trump campaigning against him and against a strong candidate. I don't think his election chances are all that bad, but it requires him to routinely have bad positions otherwise he isn't going to be popular in WV. We need PA in 2022 desperately. --- Moops?
