It really does go to show how lazy and entitled most Americans still are though. I'm not sure how you reach out to these people without a backlash. It's just as much access as it is laziness and entitlement, not to mention our political system actively demoralizes people since their votes don't fully count under the electoral college. Still, I'm not convinced nonvoters are the solution after the record high turnout we got last election.
