It was definitely not happening as soon as Biden won, but that article is not saying m4a won't happen, it is saying that progressives should stop fighting for m4a because Bernie losing the primary twice proves that m4a is not a good way to galvanize support and so people should focus on other things. I think that is a completely ridiculous argument for a number of reasons, and I also don't understand people who think you can't walk and chew gum at the same time. It reads pretty bad faith to me given Noah Berlatsky is also the guy who wrote an article saying he wished Bernie dropped out earlier than he did. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
