I don't know if you're pursuing a therapist, but I'm set on doing that soon - my mental health hasn't been great during Covid. If your insurance doesn't cover a good one near you, there's remote online therapy (I had a good therapist on betterhelp for a couple years). Man I don't even want to mention how many times I thought about the movie Unsane during this experience. and I'm really hoping the zoom thing helps (from what I can tell, it's kind of like AA for suicide attempt survivors?).
