Considering bestiality is a crime in most countries, I fail to see how a court wouldn't want to hear it.

But that would be a criminal case involving the woman, not a civil case involving you because you feel outraged. If you wanted into a court and said, "I demand a million dollars because I dated this girl and she turned out she used to be a sexual deviant years before I met her," you'd be laughed out of the fucking courtroom and rightfully so. And even the criminal investigation might not be seriously pursued because it happened so long ago that there might either be a statute of limitations or it would be difficult verifying anything beyond your word that it happened.
