Earlier today I told her my parents, who are teachers, were being made by the state to go back to work in person before it was safe and she said something along the lines of "well you know, got to die sometime." Wildly inappropriate and thoughtless. I didnt say anything then and it stewed in my brain for the rest of the day and 10 minutes ago I skyped her and demanded an apology. Instead she doubles down and tells me I should be looking for a place for myself and be thinking of moving out, which while true doesn't make what she said any less cruel. So I hung up on her. Now I feel bad and dont want her to be mad at me but she of course isnt answering my calls.That's beyond messed up.
