I've seen less good looking guys pull absolute 10s and really good looking guys who couldn't say a word to girls go home crying alone. The best results come from a combination of both, make yourself as good looking as you can (work out, get a good haircut, dress well, etc) and work on your game (develop your personality, sense of humor, conversational skills etc) People just want an excuse to fail so they can avoid the responsibility of self improvement If you want to be absolute James bond territory yeah you'll have to have it all-looks, money, game and everything But you don't need to be James bond to have a fulfilling dating life.
