| adjl 01/20/21 12:01:02 PM #26: | Spirituality is generally a good thing, and at its core, religion offers a convenient way to organize, learn, teach, and discuss spirituality in a community setting. That's also a good thing, I'd say. Unfortunately, a lot of organized religions interject a whole lot of other harmful and/or manipulative stuff in there for the personal gain of those at the top, and that's really bad. I don't think that necessarily counts as a point against the concept of religion, though, just that people need to stop accepting and using "it's my religion" as an excuse for doing bad things. --- This is my signature.
