"Stack" is a relatively uncommon term used to refer to 125 bytes (or 1000 bits), a figure that's often expressed with the leading zero due to how common four-digit displays were at the time it was in use. My understanding is that Jen picked that up during one of her computer science electives many years ago and felt like incorporating it into her username.
