Generally speaking, people asking "who cares?" in this sort of context are not literally asking which specific entities have an opinion on this, but rather asking why anyone feels this is worth caring about to the point of compromising somebody's livelihood. The question is not "does Taco Bell have a clause in their employment agreement about this," it's "should Taco Bell have such a clause?". --- This is my signature.
