The amount of detail in the texturework of the water temple "base" is ridiculous, especially for a beta rom extract. The rest is just obvious geometry and gamepacing tests but still fascinating nonetheless. The team did an astrnomical amount of work for what was, compared to the cut content, a relatively small final result. Can't imagine what those dudes would have been driven to do with even a bit stronger hardware.
