Dimitri doesn't really do much in Season 3. (Specially compared to Hawk who was a huge asshole to him in S3.) But Hawk definitely wasn't the one escalating their feud. Dimitri did the bulk of that. If it wasn't for the Arm there wouldn't be that much there to hate Hawk for in terms of Dimitri. (Hawk did a lot of other scumbag shit. Attacking Robbie in the tournament injuring him so Miguel would win, flicking popcorn at random people in the movie theater, starting a lot of fights, etc.) But in terms of the Hawk/Dimitri friendship?
