Or you could cut all the middleman bullshit, and actually start the path to finding the right professionally trained person for you. There's still trial and error here, but there's far less of it than the shitmix you're served online.

I agree he should talk to a person trained for this. But I still stand by what I said. They would have to know what works for them. The advice still isn't bad. Even a trained professional could give the same advice. What I'm saying is it's still up to him to choose who to listen to, or what advice to take. The advice itself still isn't bad. But we don't know enough to say if the advice would work for him. So, I'm not changing my response... I think the advice on it's own is fine. It just may not be what works for them... They might not even be able to see a professional. Not everyone has money to spend on stuff like that...
