Mentioned I don't want to cancel but I need to save any way I can. Dude offered me a shitty deal where I would pay $10/mo extra for faster internet and I would be put on spectrum mobile. I declined and asked to be transferred to retention. He told me I am connected with retention right now. So I asked him to cancel my cancellation. So at least I can keep my service. Maybe I'm being spoiled. I'm paying $60/month for 25 Mbps Internet. Most people don't have that plan, but just trying to save as much money as I can.
