But in my defense I switched from Xfinity to Verizon back in September and Xfinity had me speak to two different customer retention reps to try to convince me to stay and they offered to lower my rates and everything.

No offense, but I think it actually might have been you that said that to me lol. It was in another thread I made where I was trying to save money.

FWIW I have T-Mobile phone service now and also had it like 8 years ago, their mobile service is much better than it used to be

Hmm maybe I should go for T-Mobile internet. Thinking about it. I also might call back and ask the rep to uncancel my service lol
