Wearing masks and social distancing simultaneously will significantly reduce the spread of COVID but not 100% eliminate it. According the CDC, 59% of all COVID-19 cases were spread from people with no symptoms, killing approximately ~230,000 people of the current 400,000+ currently dead in the US and over 2000 of the 4000+ Americans who are dying every single day.
