I don't think anyone disagrees with THIS sentiment. It's just that the starting point of painting the Dems as willfully malicious ("They're breaking their promise of $2000 checks!") is far worse than simply "The Dems aren't pushing as hard as they should because they're bad at politics." It's incompetence versus open malice, and though both are bad, open malice makes it much easier to say "They're no better then the malicious Republicans!", which is how we get a situation where one party feels emboldened enough to follow a blustering conman into storming the U.S. Capitol. One side is incompetent and the other side is brazenly evil. While that sucks, as long as we keep trying to equate incompetence as equal to (or at least CLOSE to) evil, it's only going to continue installing evil in-power, making it more difficult for the incompetent party to ever improve to competent levels.
