That word you're misusing doesn't actually mean what you seem to think it means.

You're confusing prejudice with discrimination, which aren't necessarily the same thing.

For that matter, discrimination and prejudice don't have to be that serious to qualify as discrimination/prejudice. A man who is beaten up for being white is no less a victim of a racist hate crime than one who is beaten up for being black. Cisphobia is just as valid a concept as transphobia. It's just not an appreciable systemic problem (while transphobia is).
