I actually agree with him here on the principle that no President or candidate who receives the support of about half the country should face criminal prosecution, because it's too prone to abuse and the people's right to a democracy must be protected. But he should have just said that instead of creating his BS "extremely careless" standard that he applied to Hillary alone.
