The fact that we've had two wholly partisan impeachment proceedings within the last few years -- and many other attempts to start one even before that -- isn't an indictment of Trump, it's an indictment of the partisan politics. It's the same kind of dubious landmark like congress voted over 40 times to repeal the ACA only for it to get shot down.
