This one has always been a tough one because I can always quit for sustained periods of time, but the desire never goes away. I never feel all that different not drinking them, even when I went 3+ months without a pop. So for now I'm gonna aim for drinking less. Right now I'm at a 20 oz per day (usually I take one with me to work) so I think cutting that down to 2-3 times a week would be a good start. Maybe some day I'll phase it out, but for now just starting with small steps.

This is a big one. I'm pretty lean, but I dropped from 150 to under 140 after I stopped drinking soda (I'm 5'10) and I wasn't even trying to lose weight. I had the same problem that I would keep relapsing but I haven't had a soda in 7 years now
