A president who was running it up in the primaries everywhere with African American vote wins with increased African American turnout in states, despite winning less of a share of African American votes than predecessors. Did Abrams probably help? Probably. Is she the reason why he won and the senators won? Probably not. Trump lost the Presidential race because of split tickets. The Georgia Senators likely won because depressed Republican turnout because of Trump.
