Otherwise, what is there to gain? She couldn't locate her phone so she thought, what? To accuse the closest black person? To accuse the closest male? Maybe they have different faiths and she accused the closest Episcopalian. Why is racism the cause of her accusation and not some other prejudice? As far as how the situation developed I see the point each made. It sounds like the way the manager handled it contributed to the escalation. The father and son should not have been treated that way as guests and if the manager had been better at approaching the situation the resolution would have been quite simple. --- No locked doors, no windows barred.
