They both had accidental half doses and doses that were delivered after 3 months. And for the record I wasn't quoting the 70% number from the initial release (I agree that it sucks and its part of what I hated about AZ's public relations) but another more recent claim I'd seen around that target for the original dosing regimen. The regulatory boards of the countries who have approved the vaccine agree.
