I hate arguing over tone but that's legit what it is for me. I get way more mileage with both well-reasoned constructive criticism from people who like AAA gaming but can't be silent about its flaws and from scalding takedowns from people who cannot stand it. Sterling meanwhile takes this weird medium and the cutesy, irreverent way they present their points just takes all the weight out of it even if I agree with them. The criticism somehow becomes so over-the-top negative that it just falls flat. --- I definitely did not forget to put the 2020 GOTD Guru winner, azuarc in my sig! ... Copied to Clipboard! |
