The first game has some issues, but that has more to do with how old it is than any issues caused by the platform. basically it's the controls. It's a console game but the PC version uses a weird psuedo-mouse which is just bonkers. If you already play Mass Effect with keyboard and mouse then no issues --- "Salt cures Everything!"
