Please do not defend him. Thats the problem, though. It was out of stock before he ordered. So, it wasnt that it was damaged and became out of stock. It was out of stock, then he ordered from the new stock that hasnt arrived, but they said it was damaged, even though they didnt have it. I understand it clearly. It seems you dont, though... Amazon is saying their stock of it is damaged, even though they havent received it yet. Meaning, they wont know if its damaged. They say the reason it hasnt shipped it because its damaged, when the reason should be they are still out of stock since the stock hasnt arrived yet.
