She has been a fan favorite since her first appearance in Super Street Fighter 4, and seems to be far and away the most popular character from that game. Her SF5 design hasn't gotten the same praise as her original one, but it does provide her with TJF. Low Fodder for Mr. Sandman. He may even be close to law range, since I think every other Punch-Out opponent is likely stronger than him. But he is at least recognizable as a character from that series and is an absolute unit. First of all I'm surprised that we haven't rated Pidgeotto yet, so nominate Pidgeotto. Mid Fodder for Pidgeot. It's a cool Big Bird that highly resembles Pidgeotto and is recognizable due to its long head feathers. A lot of players likely used it in gen 1 as well.
