Most of the people that can't work right now got one $1200 check like 8 or 9 months ago. They need cash first. I'm certainly not going to turn down "free money" (and don't get me started on how far we're devaluing our currency right now) but I can still buy milk and bread. I'm working. It would be great to be rewarded a bit more for the risk I expose myself to every day. But there are others that literally can't work, or their work comes and goes at the whim of their state Governor. Those people should be first in line unless we want to see riots.
