I'm actually not voting this year due to not having watched enough wrestling but say I wanted to vote I probably would rather vote someone else for wrestler of the year (though I'd probably prioritize the list where possible). The ballot is really useful for stuff like best angle though where I'd always have trouble thinking of what to vote.
