Its kinda how alot of things are labeled as gluten free, no added sugar, transfat free, antibiotic free. I mean I have never had a dried apple with gluten but there are gluten free ones available, or antibiotic free chicken were as if your in the us all chicken has to be antibiotic free if used for meat. People want to feel they are doing something good when is actually just as horrific or more damaging to the environment like with organic products --- Sometimes you come out on top, sometimes on bottom.
