I mean, it could be any group the government decides to use as a target. What is stopping the government from doing whatever it wants right now? Is whether or not they say Nazism is really bad at the UN going to change how they behave? Seems weird to applaud the US for being unflappable defenders of human rights for picking a side on some meaningless UN declaration.
