It woulda took 2 seconds to grab a cup I've worked retail before and I've been helping a customer when another demands I help them find something. I would point them in the general direction, explaining I am dealing with another person. I never had anyone go to my boss about that - although that job was 90% service, my boss understood that some customers need to learn how things work. Some people just have no patience. It would've taken 2 seconds to grab a cup - but the person being served at that moment may have been upset as well that someone thinks they 'deserve more attention' than them. --- --- MaverickXeo --- ...
