Ignoring the COVID part, being that dismissive of your feelings towards something you find important is a bit of an issue going forward. She wears a mask at work and to go places if they require it. She just complains about it a lot. Her family and co-workers feed her nonsense all day though. It's hard to get through to her. The other day I had to explain to her she was using white supremacist sources and Sandy Hook deniers as sources. She was just like "They say everyone is racists nowadays if you don't agree with them, so who cares what they say." I mean, she did have a point there but... It shows you the information being fed to her nonstop that I am up against.
