Baylor has returned a lot of their starters from the previous year and beat Illinois who is definitely one of the best teams out there. Like who else are you going to say deserves it? Iowa who doesn't have the resume that those two have? (If Gonzaga wins Iowa will likely be #2 anyway and will get another 1 vs 2.) Michigan State? Their only great win is Duke and they didn't look as good as West Virginia, Kansas or Illinois so far. Houston? They look pretty good so far but again the resume doesn't match. Kansas?
