Could it be that in his panic he keeps smashing down on it? Fuck no, this is Phil and nothing is ever his fault. Do you know whose fault it is though? Genetics. Yes, you heard it right. You see, his grandfather had really larger "Sylvanio thumbs", which he gave to his mom, which she gave to Phil. Phil's thumbs are larger/wider thanthe average's person, coupled with the sensitivity is causing the right thumbstick clicks. It can never be a bad habbit, or just his fault in any way or form.
