In a way, yes.
I don't think cops should be called on for non-violent crimes, citation quotas should not be a thing, and patrols done only in the interest of safety (meaning they're there as a passive presence until a violent crime is committed).

I also believe firefighters should only be called on to respond to fires, specifically. No more fire trucks showing up because the old lady down the street had a heart attack, that shit is a waste of money.

So, you have zero insurance of any kind then. I mean, that is exactly how insurance works.

I have the bare minimum coverage required to be able to say that I'm "legally" insured.
