Im not 31 yet and Im managing my apartment complex with 315 apartments, making 20/hr plus huge comissions, as well as excellent medical and dental coverage. I came into this complex as a porter literally picking up dog shit, but I busted my ass and always did more than was ever asked of me. It takes real work ethic. Obviously its going to be more difficult, but thats how anything works if you put it off that long.
