I came into this complex as a porter literally picking up dog shit, but I busted my ass and always did more than was ever asked of me. It takes real work ethic. Obviously its going to be more difficult, but thats how anything works if you put it off that long. Conpanies pay extra to the temp agency on top of regular pay to have temp workers, so youre putting yourself in a position where they would be saving money by hiring you. You also have to realize that the companies that hire temp agencies are already pretty well off, so you stand a good chance to get in somewhere that you could be seeing benefits.
